For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, behavior change, and organizational strategy. At USAID, I supported global teams during high-pressure humanitarian responses, where teamwork wasn’t a nice-to-have; it was mission-critical. That experience shaped how I coach today: with urgency, empathy, and a bias toward action.

As founder of Goode Designs & Consulting, I partner with small-to-mid-sized teams to solve challenges like:

My approach is strengths-first and behavior-focused. I’m a certified CliftonStrengths coach (Strategic, Relator, Individualization, Maximizer, Learner), and I utilize tools like EQ-i 2.0, DiSC, and MBTI to help teams gain a deeper understanding of themselves—and each other.
